The Battle Table at the Albuera Museum

Southend Wargames Club at Woolwich 2004

Whether it’s model soldiers on a battle display in the sleepy little Spanish village of Albuera, near Badajoz the huge fortress on the Portuguese Border, or a demonstration wargame at one of the shows in the South of England at Woolwich Arsenal near the Iron Duke’s old offices, miniatures are a fascination for young and old alike.

The ones shown in both these pictures are 15 mm scale. This makes it possible to get hundreds - sometimes thousands - of figures on a table.

For those wanting even more, 10 mm and 6 mm scales are readily available.

For those looking for something easier to paint and showing off a little more uniform detail, the 20 mm  figures offered by Falcata Miniaturas are an excellent choice - contact us to enquire.
